• Cancellation
  We can only cancel and edit your order if we have not processed or shipped your order, we processes orders almost immediately after they are placed. If a cancellation can be processed, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Again, please note that it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel the order.
• Return Policy
  Bridal and wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, formal and casual dresses, mother of the bride, flower girls dresses, custom orders are FINAL SALES and are NOT RETURNABLE
• Payment
  All payment is expected to settle 100% before we process your order. We accept Paypal, money order, credit card or by Western Union.
