- Cancellation
We can only cancel and modified your order if we have not processed your order. We will processed your order within 48 hours after you confirmed your order/ send in order . No Cancellation and order modification is accepted after your order has been processed.
- Return Policy
Bridal and wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, formal and casual dresses, mother of the bride, flower girls dresses, custom orders are FINAL SALES and are NON RETURNABLE, and NON REFUNDABLE.
- Payment
All payment is expected to settle 100% before we process your order. We accept Paypal, money order, credit card or by Western Union .
- Seam Allowance : Alteration allowance for all gowns is 1 inch. Most gowns are sized smaller than normal dress sizes. See the size charts, pls check the size chart very carefully, and follow the measurement instruction . Alterations are often required .
